# Brother QL-820NWB “Wrong Roll Type” Error Message

If you are receiving a “Wrong Roll Type” Error Message on your printer, turning **Template Mode** off may resolve this.

**1**. Press the \[Menu\] button.

**2**. Use the \[▲\] and \[▼\] buttons to select **Template Settings > Template Mode > Off** in the settings menu. Press \[OK\].

**3**. Hopefully you will now be able to print.
